TOEFL iBT Preparation — 100+ Score Plan
Score 100+ on the TOEFL iBT. Required by US and Canadian universities, and increasingly by Gulf employers. Eight-week plan, weekly graded essays and speaking sims.
About this course
TOEFL is the US/Canada cousin to IELTS — same kind of test, slightly different format, same gateway role. We follow a tight 8-week plan with section-by-section drills, weekly written and spoken assessment, and three full-length mocks. Particular focus on the Integrated tasks (read+listen+speak/write) that catch most candidates off guard.
What you'll cover
- 1
Diagnostic and your custom plan
Sit a partial mock. Identify your weakest section. Get a personalized plan.
- 2
Reading — speed and the academic vocabulary
TOEFL passages are dense. Pacing strategies and the AWL words that recur.
- 3
Listening — academic lectures
Note-taking under pressure. Predicting questions. Avoiding the obvious traps.
- 4
Speaking — the 4 task types
Independent and integrated. Templates that don't sound like templates.
- 5
Writing — Integrated and Independent
The Integrated essay structure that scores. The Independent thesis.
- 6
Three full mocks
Sit them across weeks 6-8. Targeted review on the gaps.
