PRINCE2 Foundation — Exam Prep + Real Project Practice
Pass PRINCE2 Foundation in 6 weeks while learning to actually run projects the PRINCE2 way. We work a fictional project end-to-end across the course — not just memorize the manual.
About this course
PRINCE2 is the dominant project-management framework in UK-influenced markets — the Egyptian banking sector, GCC governments, and most MENA telcos require or prefer it for project manager roles. The Foundation exam is mostly memorization; we don't stop there. We run a fictional 'launch a new mobile app' project across the course, applying every theme, principle, and process. By exam day you'll know the framework cold AND be able to write a Project Initiation Document for your own work.
What you'll cover
- 1
PRINCE2 in one diagram and your fictional project
The 7 principles, 7 themes, 7 processes — and the project we'll build over 6 weeks.
- 2
Principles: the why behind every decision
Continued business justification. Defined roles. Tailoring. The exam questions that catch people.
- 3
Themes part 1: business case, organization, plans
The artifacts. Your project's PID. Why the business case never dies.
- 4
Themes part 2: risk, quality, change, progress
Risk register. Quality criteria. Change control that doesn't grind to a halt.
- 5
Processes 1-4: starting up, initiating, directing
From SU to IP. The decisions and outputs at each gate.
- 6
Processes 5-7: controlling, managing delivery, closing
Day-to-day stage management. The lessons learned that nobody actually writes.
- 7
Foundation mock and exam-day plan
60 questions, 60 minutes. The phrasing tricks. Booking and prep checklist.
