Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
Pass AZ-104 with the depth that gets you hired, not just certified. We use real Azure tenants — VMs, networks, storage, governance — and stage two end-to-end labs you can put on your CV.
About this course
Microsoft Azure is the dominant cloud at MENA's enterprise tier — most banks, government entities, and Microsoft-house ISVs run Azure first. AZ-104 is the entry-level admin certification that opens the door. This course goes beyond exam dumps: we provision real environments, troubleshoot real failures, and finish with two portfolio labs (a hub-and-spoke network with VMs, and a governance setup with policies and RBAC) that demonstrate you can actually administer Azure, not just answer questions about it.
What you'll cover
- 1
Azure architecture and your tenant
Subscriptions, resource groups, regions, the portal vs CLI vs PowerShell. Setting up a free trial.
- 2
Identity: Entra ID, RBAC, MFA
Users, groups, roles, conditional access. The patterns big organizations actually use.
- 3
Virtual networks and connectivity
VNets, subnets, NSGs, peering, VPN gateway, ExpressRoute. The hub-and-spoke design.
- 4
Compute: VMs, scale sets, App Service, AKS basics
VM sizing, availability sets vs zones, when to use App Service vs AKS vs VMs.
- 5
Storage: blobs, files, queues, lifecycle
Storage account types, redundancy options, lifecycle policies, immutable storage for compliance.
- 6
Monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery
Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Recovery Services Vault, ASR for cross-region failover.
- 7
Governance: policies, blueprints, cost management
Locking down a subscription. Tagging strategy. Cost alerts that actually fire.
- 8
Practice exam and sit-the-exam plan
Full mock under timed conditions. Voucher discounts. Booking and exam-day mechanics.
